Since Brexit there are significant delays and issues with deliveries to the EU.
Please expect your package to take from 1 week - 6 weeks for delivery in some cases due to increased border controls.
When you receive your delivery you may have to pay additional VAT, Customs & Duty charges. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR THESE CHARGES.
If you refuse/return your package to us without prior agreement with us we will also be charged for the return as this is then classified as an import back into the UK, meaning we will pay VAT twice on your order (we have to pay VAT in the UK as it is sent, and again when it is received).
* We will only refund your order once we receive it back.
* All customs/duty import charges at the border for your return will be deducted from your refund.
* Original Shipping charges you paid as part of your order will not be refunded.
WE WILL NOW ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS BY PRIOR AGREEMENT - YOU MUST RETURN ITEMS WITH THE CORRECT PAPERWORK TO PREVENT US BEING CHARGED ONCE WE RECEIVE IT BACK IN THE UK.
Your business is highly valued by us and we want to do business with you - all our customs paperwork is correct to ensure you are not charged, but rules are constantly changing and it depends on who is checking your package at the border and how they interpret the customs rules if you are charged or not. It also depends on the value of your order, which ideally should be under 22 EUROS to avoid charges (after 1st July this changes again).
We apologise that we have to put these rules in place - it is not how we want to do business with our friends in Europe. We all sincerely hope that things improve over time.

If your order is under 22 euro, you do not have to pay VAT or duty (UNTIL 1st July 2021 when this rule changes). Some customers are receiving their order and being asked to pay the extra VAT, customs duty/taxes. YOU MUST PAY THIS, IT IS NOT SOMETHING WE CAN PAY FOR YOU.
