Please expect your package to take from 1 week - 6 weeks for delivery in some cases due to increased border controls.
When you receive your delivery you may have to pay additional VAT, Customs & Duty charges. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR THESE CHARGES.

Since Brexit, ordering from the UK to the EU now means you must pay these charges by order of the EU.
If your order is under 22 euro, you do not have to pay VAT or duty (UNTIL 1st July 2021 when this rule changes). Some customers are receiving their order and being asked to pay the extra VAT, customs duty/taxes. YOU MUST PAY THIS, IT IS NOT SOMETHING WE CAN PAY FOR YOU.
However, we CAN pay these taxes and duties when we ship the order. Therefore, any orders over 22 euro will now be sent by Courier only, and we will send them with the Tax/Duty paid. This is why the shipping costs are so high on orders over 22 euro - we have calculated & included the VAT, Customs/Duty & Courier Charge (DHL) on these order values so you know exactly what you are paying when you order from us (we do not make a profit on these charges):

KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE
Your business is highly valued by us and we want to do business with you - all our customs paperwork is correct to ensure you are not charged, but rules are constantly changing and it depends on who is checking your package at the border and how they interpret the customs rules if you are charged or not. It also depends on the value of your order, which ideally should be under 22 EUROS to avoid charges (after 1st July this changes again).
We apologise that we have to put these rules in place - it is not how we want to do business with our friends in Europe. We all sincerely hope that things improve over time.
